In 2014, we achieved a significant breakthrough with the development of magnesium alloy strip warm rolling technology. This advancement allows us to produce magnesium alloy foils with a remarkable thickness of only 0.03mm, substantially increasing the overall yield of magnesium alloy sheets from less than 20% to over 70%.

Infrastructure and Production Capacity

Equipped with a comprehensive production line, our facilities include magnesium alloy hot rolling mills, rough and fine temperature rolling mills, foil rolling mills, sheet warm rolling mills, and supporting power and inspection auxiliary equipment. With an annual production capacity exceeding 20000 tons, our factory houses nine laboratories and ten production lines.

Specializing in the research and production of ultra-light, high-strength, and heat-resistant alloys, we cater to various industries, particularly the aerospace sector. Our product portfolio provides technical support for high-end manufacturing and includes some of the world's lightest metal structural materials such as Elektron, Mg-lithium alloy, Aluminum-lithium alloy, high-strength and heat-resistant Mg rare earth alloy, high-strength and heat-resistant aluminum-copper alloy, and high-purity alloy.
